Food and the food industry have been pretty much a passion of mine all of my adult life. Since being a busboy in a small Italian restaurant to waiting tables at Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas and finally to going to culinary school In San Francisco at The California Culinary Academy. It has been a long and life defining adventure that has brought me to where I am now and I couldn't be happier
