Food Is My Passion
Food and the food industry have been pretty much a passion of mine all of my adult life. A passion I have cultivated from my humble beginnings as a busboy in a small Italian restaurant to waiting tables at Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas. I finally was able to attend culinary school in San Francisco, at The California Culinary Academy.
It has been a long and life defining adventure that has brought me to where I am now and I couldn't be happier!
